SHIPPING POLICY

Tiffany's Coastal Treasures ships to the United States and select international destinations.

PROCESSING TIME
All canvas prints are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your print to be produced and prepared for shipment.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing — $7.95
• Free shipping on orders over $150

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• International orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days after processing
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

PACKAGING
Every canvas print is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our prints are shipped flat in sturdy, custom-sized boxes designed to prevent damage during transit.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at tiffanyscoastaltreasures@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
